Analytics Policy
Scope
This policy covers analytics, telemetry, observability, traces, logs, uptime checks, model usage metrics, error reports, billing events, and product interaction data processed through AgentNxt and installed platform services.
Metrics
Analytics may include page views, session events, organization identifiers, user identifiers, IP-derived security metadata, browser details, API usage, token counts, model names, latency, error codes, workflow status, tool calls, cost estimates, and operational health data.
Purpose
Analytics is used to operate the service, secure accounts, detect abuse, measure performance, manage model costs, debug failures, improve reliability, support customers, enforce limits, and satisfy audit or contractual obligations.
Privacy
AutonomyX limits analytics collection to service-relevant purposes and applies role-based access, retention controls, and customer configuration where available. Sensitive prompts, files, and outputs should only be logged where administrators have approved that observability setting.
Controls
Administrators may configure model observability, retention, provider routing, application logging, and access permissions. Enterprise customers may request additional analytics limits, exports, deletion support, or regional handling through written agreement.
