Terms of Service
Service
These Terms govern access to AgentNxt services operated by AutonomyX, including chat, model gateway, observability, mail, automation, integrations, and trust-center resources. Separate written agreements, order forms, or enterprise terms control where they conflict with these Terms.
Accounts
Customers are responsible for authorized users, administrator actions, credentials, identity provider configuration, API keys, model keys, and activity under their accounts. Access must not be shared with unauthorized parties.
Content
Customers retain ownership of prompts, uploaded files, records, outputs, configurations, and other customer content. AutonomyX may process customer content to provide, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the contracted service, subject to applicable agreements and privacy obligations.
AI Services
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, regulated, or high-impact decisions. Model availability and behavior may vary by provider, route, configuration, and policy setting.
Payment
Fees, usage limits, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation rules are set in the applicable order or billing configuration. Late payment, abuse, or security risk may result in suspension where permitted by law and contract.
Liability
The service is provided subject to applicable warranties, disclaimers, liability caps, exclusions, and indemnities stated in the governing agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
