Marketplace Policy

Scope

This policy applies to marketplace listings, templates, agents, skills, MCP servers, workflow packs, model routes, connectors, datasets, automations, prompts, integrations, and third-party services made available through AgentNxt or related AutonomyX channels.

Publishers

Publishers must provide accurate listing information, disclose permissions, data access, model use, external calls, pricing, support terms, security requirements, and known limitations. Listings must not contain malware, hidden tracking, credential harvesting, unauthorized scraping, infringing content, or deceptive claims.

Customers

Customers are responsible for reviewing marketplace items before installation, validating permissions, testing outputs, managing secrets, approving model routes, and confirming that use is appropriate for their legal, privacy, security, and compliance requirements.

Data Access

Marketplace items may access prompts, files, logs, tool calls, APIs, databases, workflow state, identity attributes, or external systems depending on configuration. AgentNxt administrators should grant least-privilege access and avoid sending regulated or confidential data to unapproved items.

Review and Removal

AutonomyX may review, reject, delist, suspend, throttle, or remove marketplace items for security, privacy, legal, quality, abuse, intellectual property, or policy reasons. Emergency action may be taken without advance notice to protect customers or the platform.

Commercial Terms

Paid marketplace items may be subject to separate publisher terms, refunds, taxes, usage limits, support commitments, and billing rules. Unless expressly stated, third-party marketplace items are provided by the publisher, not OpenAutonomyx (OPC) Private Limited.
