Partner Policy

Scope

This policy applies to referral, reseller, implementation, technology, integration, marketplace, consulting, and strategic partners working with OpenAutonomyx (OPC) Private Limited or AgentNxt services.

Conduct

Partners must present AgentNxt accurately, avoid misleading claims, comply with anti-bribery, competition, export, privacy, security, and customer protection laws, and obtain required approvals before making commitments on behalf of AutonomyX.

Customer Data

Partners may access customer data only when authorized by the customer and governed by appropriate confidentiality, data processing, security, and support terms. Partners must promptly report suspected security or privacy incidents.

Brand and Marketing

Partners may use AutonomyX and AgentNxt names, marks, logos, and materials only as approved. Case studies, public references, press releases, and co-marketing require prior written approval unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Termination

AutonomyX may suspend or terminate partner access for breach, customer risk, abuse, non-payment, reputational harm, security concerns, or violation of law or policy.
