Sponsor Policy

Scope

This policy applies to sponsorships, sponsored content, events, newsletters, community programs, marketplace promotion, documentation placement, webinars, demos, and co-marketing connected to AutonomyX or AgentNxt.

Transparency

Sponsored placements must be clearly identified where required. Sponsorship does not imply product endorsement, security approval, certification, or guaranteed marketplace ranking unless expressly stated in writing.

Content Independence

AutonomyX may reject sponsor content that is misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, unsafe, infringing, deceptive, or inconsistent with customer trust. Sponsors may not influence security findings, privacy commitments, incident communications, or customer support outcomes.

Brand Use

Sponsors must follow approved brand guidelines and may not use AutonomyX, AgentNxt, customer names, screenshots, logos, or marks without required permission.

Compliance

Sponsors are responsible for complying with advertising, privacy, anti-spam, competition, anti-bribery, sanctions, and consumer protection laws applicable to the sponsorship.
